Manako Labs Goes Live With Avia Thevenin & Ducrot, With Five-Minute Plug-and-Play Deployment
Avia Thevenin & Ducrot Becomes Manako Labs’ Lead Physical AI Design Partner, With Vision Agents Now Acting on Unmanned Stations 24/7
PARIS, FRANCE, 6 October 2026. Manako Labs, the Physical AI company building a Business Operations World Model, is rolling out its Vision Agents across a first wave of 124 unmanned Avia Xpress stations operated by Avia Thevenin & Ducrot. Using the cameras already on site, the agents spot payment terminal failures, damage to pumps and equipment, and camera outages as they happen, and get each one to the person who can fix it.
The roll-out is running ahead of schedule. Deployment is fully plug-and-play and takes five minutes per station, with no new cameras. Video is processed on site, and no raw footage leaves the station.
“We are officially taking the next step in our AI journey,” said Guillaume Boussaroque, Network Manager at Avia Thevenin & Ducrot. “The technology is not just about seeing. It’s about turning what we see into meaningful action. And this is just the beginning.”
“Avia Thevenin & Ducrot is now our lead Physical AI design partner,” said Max Sebti, CEO and co-founder of Manako Labs. “Each of its sites combines retail, EV charging, fuel, security and unmanned operations, which makes the network the ideal place to show what physical operations at machine speed look like. Together, we will scale rapidly across fuel retail and beyond.”
About Manako Labs
Manako Labs is the action layer for the physical world. Its Vision Agents turn the cameras a business already has into real-time action: they see what happens on site, work out what matters, and get it to the right person in seconds. They run on the edge, with no new cameras, engineers or code. Manako Labs works with major enterprise networks across fuel retail, security and beyond, from offices in Paris, London and New York. Over time, every site it runs on builds towards a world model for business operations.
